Test Kitchen: Naan Pizza

If you don’t know what naan is, please RUN to your nearest supermarket and have your mind blown.

Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread found in the cuisines mainly of Iran, India, Western Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, Myanmar and the Caribbean.



  • garlic naan
  • pesto paste
  • sliced mozzarella
  • cherry tomatoes
  • green onion for garnish
  • vaca frita


  1. Spread pesto paste onto naan
  2. Place mozzarella slices on naan
  3. Sprinkle cheery tomatoes, vaca frita and green onion onto naan
  4. Place in toaster oven for 10 min
before toasting
after toasting
